Google Play New App Requeriments after August

Google Play will require that new apps target at least Android 8.0 (API level 26) from August 1, 2018, and that app updates target Android 8.0 from November 1, 2018.

For People who is going to Play Store, set your APK to request permissions or it will not work,

On Android 6.0, with a targetSdkVersion of 23 or higher, you need to call requestPermissions() for all dangerous permissions, in addition to having <uses-permission> elements for them in the manifest.
