Note:
1.SuperUserNames ====find the special codeQWQ in your DB mostly Before the username located at userlog. it won't work if no specialcode
2.UserNames ===List of Character for that particular user name you can leave it empty meaning all character under SuperUserNames will automatically GM.
3.Ip====if only you want to set IP for particular GM work only if the GM has static IP, by default just leave it empty.
4. Replace all line 4 GMConfig and Version.xml
