[Help] How to make Roland and PKKing work in 2 nd server

Hello every one!
I need to understand how to make Roland and PKKing work on 2nd server.
So i create the 2 nd server and everythink is fine but when i go to pkking i get this error.
On server 1 its ok but on server 2 dont work.
Anyone can tell me where is this channel?
I have made
Line ID=2 already
