Can someone make a full tutorial about how to use unity3D for a full edit sesion of a client? Thanks in advice! I think would be usefull for everyone and will avoid a lot of question spreaded here.

Ive done a lot of reasearch... I manage it 75% to edit it but some files when i compile it ... fail

better more search on it... because no one will teach you about that..

DnSpy will not show you the code 100% correct, the client has unreachable code and some errors. If compilation fails try to search the origin of the error
