Help with acc ban and found a text v7.x HHDev apk

Hello guys, im doing test with local server on my PC for fun, but which code is for being banned in t_users table? i know 0 means players and 9 admin on adminpanel but which one is for ban? or a way to ban and entire account?

the second thing i need help is, when installing the apk from HHDev post v7.x.x this text show up:

then is needed to accept the app permission, okay, the thing is i tried to look that text in smali folder but cant found it, someone know where edit?
