4Story editing database

Hey guys, So I got my 4Story priv server going with a help from somebody in this community, but I still have few questions regarding editing of different game values.

I know I have to edit within navicat table 'TMONSTERCHART', 'TMONATTRCHART'. However in the 'TMONSTERCHART' for example Moray wID243 has lvl 80, I have changed it to lvl 5 but the he disappears. I have to chane something in the table 'TMONATTRCHART', but when I try to find wID243 in the table there are only with the ranges 1/101/201/301.

How can i find this moray and where can I changes these values/what am I doing wrong.

Is there any different editor for version 5.0?
