Creating a 4Story Private Server: Complete Files & Tutorial

Hi, I wanted to open a small private 4Story server to play with 2 of my friends to relive some of the nostolgia. However I can't find any source with complete files. Would you have or know by any chance where I can find complete files and tutorail how to set it up (written or video). I would really apriciate any help.
