Can't connect to Server

Hey i set up the Oldschool files and everything starts like it should but when i try to connect via the Classic4Story Client i only get the error that because of an network error the connection to fail.

I'm using Win 10 Pro, SQL Server 2017

have u setup the port ip corretly?. Services and databases?. Also make sure the client id on the source is the same as in the login service
