10 sec is enough here (i've been playing since 1st or 2nd day) but 2x lower - 5 sec - on vip is imo too much advantage.. :F Change maybe normal to 7-8 sec then 5 on vip is ok.
also spells shouldn't clear with reset - it's already hard to find them ;]

besiedes it's a nice server - only lack of ppl.

Spells must be cleared to clean also players master skills, in case someone decide to do quest before he reaches max resets.
