WTF MAN? u said to my friend that CM with vip +10/11 is 100%.. wtf? today my friend on vip was making few items+lk for me. 3 items +lk in a ROW failed on+10.. !!! i also tried to upgrade my items without vip and didnt even make item+12 here.. so f.ck bad cm. My guild is thinking about quitting and join other server, because of you cant fix any of bugs -.- ppl speaking about multishot and tele lightning bug you dont make nothing about it -.-
exp is not 75 for sure

Also it's impossible almost to make an item +9 without luck, all the time burns on +8 or +9 as I heard

I agree with u guys - rates should just normal u can decrease jwls drop but rates should be random just
like: soul 50% with luck 75%
cm: 50 etc plus luck 75 etc wat for changing good configs means random configs... i was makin exe item up to +7 fakin 6 times thats rly funny bro... and its almost impossible to make +9 without L.
you should bring normal random rates and that would be best config as it can be.

I have vip and rate soul and CH is sh*t. x2 fails frop +7 to +8 item with Luck! x4 fails in chaos machine x2+10, x1+11 and x1+12. All items +LUCK!!!!! This is joke?!
