aaa , for me it's all ok maybe a problem from your PC grafics or something like , if have ATI Radeon Grafic Card have a look if it's on hight Performance our svchost.exe

All you have to do for level3 quest it's entering this command: /change ( First time entering it's level 2 quest and second time 3rd quest)
