P.S. To all: this is Season 8, there's Mu Helper for auto picking up jewels and etc. We will double check the drop rates, but they will remain valuable.

I actually very much like the drop rate. The current system provides actual value to jewels, zen and items. I think this makes it more interesting to play. Also, I suggest to collect gold medals, you can get better items than those that are sold in shops.

Did you select the correct server in Web? Or what error are you getting? You just need to login to the Web, and select the bonus items you want.

Sir @Cyto, I can play normally in game . My ID is 10199, I have DL level 18x
So I'm not the one who forget my password.
