I have the same problem, wcoins does not apear in xshop.

the same for me and my friends excanged some credits on wcoins and does not showing in x shop

No big issues with the server for now.
A few tweaks maybe:
-Kundun dmg is 60k....
-No Doppleganger map drops
-No Imperial Fortress map drop
-How many sockets we get if we buy 400 lvl items from shop?(webzen default is max 3 sockets/set 5/weapons)
-Sometimes BC gate is bugged
-Revise Cashshop items and wcoin gain (maybe add a small amount each time you complete an event or boss battle)
You used sticky on 150x server instead of this one....
Is it me or the server is dying ? Days are pasing and still nothing is fixed, people are leaving ... No CastleSiege info, Jewel of Bless has a fail rate and the events like Medusa, Kundun, Maya's hand,Selupan cant be done because you get like 45k dmg from them. Admins ?

First, I am so sorry that I disappointed you guys on serving quality service, which on helping, giving right information at the right time, having some mis-events. But of course we have an explanation. So let me tell you why everythings happened in this way.
As you know we are using zTeam and member of zTeam legally, the team did not make any update since 2 months. So we were in a bad situation in fixing things, adding new customs, adding new events. As old player knows, we are also a legal member of IGCN. According to this unfixed things and some uncontrolable things, we needed to move IGCN officially. But it was not easy as you think, lots of things ought to be editted before opening. So, we are working for 15 days on those files and we are very end of this files.
What we are done in 15 days;
EventBags(BoxOfKunduns, golden boxes, other drops)are setted like the gmo one, no more overpowered items.
All Events and their rewards are setted similar to gmo. No more misunderstoods in events, you could easily follow the guides on gmo pages.
Launcher system is activated, you do not need to apply anymore updates. It will update itselfes easily.
New events like PVPLastStanding with custom rewards.
New template for our website.
New VIP system like you deserve!
Some adds on drop system for important items.
Pentagram items controlled and Acheron map dropping increased.
The server will be season 7 episode 2, but IGCN is very near to release S8EP3, we will also make an season 8ep3 update as soon as possible.
Before your questions please read(FAQ);
-The donators will get their donations after we wipe the server and start from scratch.
-No more item donations are allowed, we will have a donation system very similar to GMO.
-Additional about why we moved to IGCN, because lots of problems with dataserver, custom editings, updates, problems on wcoinc, etc.
-We gurantee high quality service, and every player will get 2 weeks free Platinum VIP.
-The server will be opened on Thursday/Wednesday, we will announce on monday new time for opening. Experience, drop will stay same!

uhm, i kinda spend 4 hours killing the dark elf last night. and i failed because some players joined in hoping to make it faster, but they were not really helping tsk tsk tsk. in short i did not succeed. oh well what a story... and the server is off. and this is the reason. ok.
Btw, can i get my items back when the server re opens?, i got my serial on those items??? can i???
