Lol... Ofc not. The limit of 5 is to keep max stats on 6~8k.

where to get Chaos of Talisman of Assembly? I suggest put it in Cash Shop. same as Talimans of Luck

No. Admin didn't forget that. Talisman of Chaos Assembly is currently disabled, so +13 ~ +15 items are valuable.
Change Log (9-20-2014)
- Maximum Master Level is now 300 (was 200)
- Required rebirths to complete 3rd class quest is 5
- Master Skill Tree reset is now unlimited (Master Skill Reset Cash Shop Item)
- Guild vault is now enabled, NPC is located at Lorencia lower vault
- White Wizard now drops Jewel of Bless instead of Jewel of Chaos
- Marry system new duration is 3 hours
- Jewel of Life drop rate increased (our base drop rate +5)
- Gens War disabled
- Vulcanus EXP rate increased (our base EXP + 50x)
- Vulcanus Excellent drop rate increased (our base exc. drop rate + 5)
- You can now rejoin Gens anytime
- Selupan respawn time is now every 3 hours

We are using MuEngine's eJS proxy to get online count directly from eJS.exe. Why not check in game our server bar?

Yes it's working. Drop rate of tickets was also reported by one of our GMs. We will increase the drop rate during the next maintenance.
We noticed that, drop rate for loch's feather will be increase too. You can also get FREE loch feather after Grand Rebirth.
