Increase CM is impossible to make any items +10 of +13 neither do not talk .. is no sense to play in that server 99999x and to make any item +10 is like 0% but +13 is under -0% it should be 90% for +13 because this is a easy server .....

Yes, ISP RDS & RCS from Romania had an offline time, that is something what i could not do anything about it.

Check new's on google there really was some hours when RDS worked only in LAN (or something like that).
