This obviously a lie. You can buy items for PLATINUM COINS. And these PLATINUM COINS can be achieved for playing, not only for cash.

You can go to webshop and buy set, wings 3rd, seals, pets for exp etc. So yeah, kind of obvious Pay2Win.

Sure, you can get these things after a long game, but others can just buy it. So well... wouldn't recommend.

Pay to win is true when you can only get the items by donating and there's no other way.
if you can get the donate/webshop items by playing then its a not a pay to win since you can get it by playing like a typical Private server
