Arena have low lvl spots to boost lvl up for beginners.

Shops are not in order, no newbie weapons and set. Global post should allowed newbies to post even in low level since the server is not crowded yet to make few players communicate each other.

Why need shops when drop hearts and firecrackers? a lot? You can use Global Post after lvl 20
