RuthlessJD is PvP-PvE based server while you work on your character you can PvP with other players.
The server itself has many PvE aspects like many custom quests that gives you a lot of unique rewards that will help you to gear out faster than any other usual server. All custom quests can be found at our custom npc called Baxil, Garret they can be found in the new sunstream city near the stash keeper and enchanter taja or in the old sunstream near the teleporter.
