All other characters can go to Arena at lvl 1.. Except Elf who is forcilby warped back to Noria until you reach lvl 10. But you can easily go to Arena with lvl 1 with any other character.Originally Posted by mrhankey212

just do all class change quests and you will be lvl 400 after reset... then warp where ever you want ;)
