After a whole day downloading and update the game, i found out it's unplayable because of the ridiculous ping.
Not sure where you got the idea of US&EU being the biggest base of Lunia since it's a game came from Korea and most of the previous official servers were in SEA.
Even though, that's not a problem if you had a decent server, most of the hosts in this forum are US bases as well but rarely people got any problem about ping, since this is a new server Im not trying to complain to upgrade your host or anything but you'll need to look at it.
For the time being I'll just leave the client in my PC to see if there is anything change in the future. Can't play with 3s delay.

Well.. if you are who I think you are (and you are), then there's no surprise you'd be here. We give support to everyone equally. Your problem was related to someone elses, so your threads on our forums got merged. That's unfortunate to hear, but thanks for the input. We've based our servers on the currently largest playing community that was available to us, which was Europe and America. Yes, the game used to be big, but when Allm merged their servers, the largest community was english speaking, based in those regions.
The host is actually quite fine. The issue is that Lunia has always been a game that was very sensitive to high ping. Even Allm, after they merged, had to host different regions in different locations to reduce the general ping of users. Many, many players can confirm this for you. We originally started off as a Europe-only host, but due to the high amount of US players, we had to add another server because it was simply unplayable for them. Same goes for me if I hop on the US server, it'll be unplayable for me.
Either way, as the community grows, we'll grow as well. I may look into a SEA server, to add as our third region, but thing is that there haven't been that many SEA users as of yet, or at least, none that have really spoken up. Besides you and a person before you. Either way, I'll look into it and see if I can find a good location to host a server there, thanks again for the input. Hopefully we can figure out a way to remove the lag in your region as well :D

Well after taking great look at the game server. I notice few minor problem but not because connection issue or ping its self. well I dont want to go to details so let get start on My feedback
the GOOD :ott:
1. Every decent lunia game server Indeed
2. The installation was friendly user base I had no problem
3. The game play was very decent
4. Many quest and other side quest were functional
5. Very Friendly user interface on website and register
the BAD :glare:
1. Few lag spikes in few location area
2. Google Drive is very bad choose for downloading the game files and would been nice if was from MEGA

Well I cant complain this is so far the only private server decent and very easy to install. I'm only complain is they are using Google Drive:thumbdown: and I really don't like taking the time dealing with slow download time but would been better if they uploaded the game files threw MEGA. Also I use to play this game when first made for the open beta. I am glad that someone took the time and bring back good times.
Yes the game run decent. But at not 100% there were a few areas were bit laggy but that not really a big deal. I know for a fact that game server will improve over time.The game can run better on any operating system from window 8.1 and windows 10
I am going to give this Game Private server and Post tread 4/5 :thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks a lot for the feedback! I agree with you, multiple download mirrors should be available and I'll get on that when I get the time for it.
Other than that, this thread is very outdated. I'll be updating it later to reflect changes. We're actually based in 4 regions now to cover EU, US, Brazil and a part of Asia (based in China atm).

A new patch has been added to our server.
This patch comes with several rebalances, making characters that were once useless (for example Arien) play a larger role again. Other than that we've revamped our custom stage "District of Chaos" to be more rewarding towards party play.
A compression system has been added to compress entire stacks of fortification materials (and other materials) into a single item. A stack of 250 Compressed Fortified Stones would equal 250 * 250 = 62,500 stones in a single stack.
Souls obtained from Myth 1 through 6 have been increased in NPC price, just like the global server once had, allowing you to actually farm gold, rather than being stuck on Myth 2/3 while everyone else is way ahead. Along with this, Myth 1 through myth 5 spawn their spirit boss at a 100% chance.
We've also swapped to using an e-mailaddress as main authentication usage for the game. This provides better security and allows you to reset your password in case you may lose it.
And lots more~

This server is good, for the few minutes I was able to play it. However, the forum support is awful. The sections are laid out like junk.
I was able to play for five minutes before crashing - and now I have an infinite update from the patcher which is stuck on 1/23483 and doesn't do anything else.

It actually shouldn't be possible to receive that patch if you've downloaded the latest client on the website; it already comes with it. A patch version reverting itself after a crash isn't something I've heard of before, but there's always a first for anything. If you're sure you did download the latest client (ie. version 26.1 from the site), you could try re-extracting the patchRevision.dat & patchVersion.dat from it.
While the sections may not be perfectly fit to your needs, there's always plenty of support around. I haven't actually managed to find a thread that describes your issue, so I assume none was ever posted. That doesn't make the support awful, that simply makes the forum awful, for which we're open to suggestions of course.

Our newest update has landed.
A web-based market made as replacement for the exploitable and unfixable in-game market, allowing you to go shopping even while not being in-game. Completely custom-made by our team. Selling has never been this easy~
Besides that, clients on the website have been updated to fully reflect our latest version and prevent issues.
