Looks like you haven't understood the procedure... You can only ask for your Ad to be moved to the Mu Online section when it is actually online.
Revoked previous actions and moved it back to the Upcoming Servers Section.

The next time you post in here, I highly suggest you put a release date on your server Ad or else it will be instantly removed when it's not online.
