I have a doubt about the non-english title. The entire game is available in english, even the NPC guides, dialogs, menu options, etc. Definitely you can play and enjoy the game in English. But the website is just in spanish for now. Should I edit the title anyway just for the website language?

So all in-game content is English? Which group of players do you want to address with the advertisement? English or Spanish people? That should decide the title for you, it's definitely worth mentioning inside your post that in-game content is English while the website and a large part of the community is Spanish, if that is the case :)
