• Monster strength has been reduced as said [except those dedicated to Master Level: Swamp | Karutan 2 ML spots | CC7 | BC8 | DS7 | CC8 IT7 | etc];
• The Level Range of monsters from Vulcanus was reduced to range 85 ~ 87 from ML range because of DL/MG/RF being able to access the map at lvl 266 via the "/warp Vulcanus" command (glitch from IGCN);
• Overal normal Dmg, Def, Mag.Def, BlockRate and Attk Rate of normal monsters has been reduced with 20% ~ 35% thus allowing an easier gain of levels for all players.
• Changes on the Featured List will continue as listed above as soon as they are within normal parameters [Next change will be possibility of warping to Vulcanus at lower level];
