you see, when you propose to open a private server it is to offer something more than other servers. Players look for something that pays off to play on their server and not more of the same. But to answer your question, what does not really make sense is to open a server with the same rates, for that we have the official who is more updated and potentially more secure to invest.

Frost I didn't play on the server for just a week. But see how many people saying the same thing here, the rates are really bad. It doesn't make sense to expect to be high lvl on the server, beginning players end up giving up when they realize the little reward for playing time. You opened the server for the players, didn't you? so listen to them, see they’re all saying the server isn’t good. The server has almost no active online people.

Tried this server... The server is like your 3months effort in AK.to it will be 1week here. there's 1LP shop for backpacks, XP, gear forts and stars. can skip main quest (but recommended to do so interms of subclass etc). this guy should've post his/her server features to attract players.
