Your account wasnt wiped,we only closed jewels bank due to some reasons...do you start game with launcher or main?
yup my acc was wiped(maybe server full wipe...) but thats for that
i do run randomly(downloaded new client aswell) but the thing was: i ran server#2... then it auto kick off from server...
when running server#1 then all works without any problems ;)

Ok now i see ,it was wiped because some bugs in game,i thought you are talking about this edition,now is all great and 2nd server is for tests,for players only 1st server
