Your problem is that you need to install all the C++ Redistributables.
Where and how?
Well, too much to explain :P
Download Driver Booster ,
then, here you have the Serial to validate it: 38A24-42DC3-6BF6B-70CB3
And then, just make a full scan of your drivers and programs with that program (Click "Scan")...

The program will tell you which drivers need to be update.
I highly recommend that you select UPDATE ALL, but if you only want to install/update the C++ Redistributables, it's really ok.
Finish, restart Pc, and all S9+ Mu servers, work for you forever.

ty for reply, but i quited after seen it inside, an pay to win server, i was lookin for an server whit offlevel also, but noticed that need to be VIP and not an ordinary vip, but VIP4 to benefit from an option made by WEBZEN, soo that has finished my experience here in this server.
