No have option reset stat adm ?? i think should open this option and decrease Gold credit

Reset stats? Why, here stats stay :) After the reset, you keep statistics.
You have to build your character carefully :)

Belive me i try finde solution for you, but other players with windows10 dont have this problem.

Hello everyone, I just want to let you know how I do to run MU on my Laptop running Windows 10 Pro with no problems.
Its good to say that the very first time i tried i was able to run the game, but when i select server and try login simply DC and automatic closed, also got some times error 101 in GG, this happened to me on Windows 10 Pro 32 Bits

Well lets this start:
1: I download the ISO file, i did never update my Win 8.1 to 10, i completely removed the last OS and install the new one, you can download the ISO file on this link:

Is completely Free and safe to download from here, because its microsoft direct download!
This downloader let you select language and version of Windows you want, i tried with 32 bits first and i did not able to play, after that i tried with 64bits and im right now playing my 3 account with no problems!

2: Make a clean install of Windows 10, you decide if do it deleting your past OS or do it making a new partition "for test"

3: Install Drivers
4: Install every single C++ Redistributable package (2005, 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2013, all x86 and x64)
5: Install MU and let it update
6: Play!

This is all i did, nothing else, and now im playing MU, to be honest it took like 6 hours but finally, new windows, no problems

Hope someone get this helpful, and also, maybe some people dont really need to do all this, maybe the C++ part is the magic of this.

the average number of people online throughout the week is 94.
Several people on windows 10 have problems playing. This is not a disconnect. This is a game crash.
I recommend checking and disabling any defender or anti-virus.

I also learned that some people after unpacking a folder do not have several files. This means that during unpacking they were removed by the above systems.

In this case, if you have problems, please download the client again with the firewall turned off.
