2. probably when everyone agree's when the server settings are perfect( a month.)
3. most likely no. but i'll decrease some of the promotional starting items and eventitembox drops.

everytime after reset i get into any zone lt1 + (including lt1) the moment i kill a mob i just get dc instantly...its really really annoying look for some fix of that please
