Delcho did you try running the launcher as an Admin? Also what OS are you running on?

Windows 7, i tried to run the launcher as admin... NexonSun.exe as admin .... even Sungame.exe as admin ... tried even different compatibility modes and yet ... nothing is working :)

Try reinstalling. First uninstall, then clear registry and do a fresh install.

as i expected ... same result :) cant log in

As a last resort you can try redownloading the game and then performing a clean install. If that doesn't work then you may as well forget about it.

I have too many issues connecting, I always get Game connection failed and account is already connect, please try again later. Everytime, for 12 days now. I'm assuming it's serverside, I'm either too far away or connectivity for players in the States wasn't good to begin with.

Any idea's guys? I can login into site but not into game, tried both accounts that was registered to the New server, it says my login information is incorrect when its not
