Tried it, didn't understand a single thing, and there aren't any newbie-friendly guides in the Internet.

The guides are non-existent as ToP closed down, bringing down all the official links associated with it. The server is still in the BETA phase, meaning we're still working on things to get ready. Quests, guides, newbie-friendly starting journey etc.

You may want to check back at a later date, once we've added things. We want the transition of a new player to be as easy as possible as it's an old game, meaning less people are likely to pick it up unless we offer them huge incentives.
