Mate, nowaday, 3.3.5a with that low XP do not expect to much players on it. Rise the Exp and you might have some ppl online.

Why would anyone want a teleporter on a blizzlike server?

Either go the full custom way, or stay blizzlike and keep the things that affect gameplay out of the way.

5x rates are kind of low since these days nobody wants to level up. Perhaps offer an one-time-per-account character boost to level 60 or 70, so that one can skip the most boring part?

Also, please, don't advertise a server as "the most stable, the best thing in the world, the perfect experience", as that's plain arrogant as well as a lie to say the least. There's always something better around, just make your spot in the world.

Teleporter? There is absolutely no Teleporter and never will be, that ruins any game and just makes everyone want easy wow.

Though you do have a good idea for a one time boost Wheth.
