I created a little guide which explains MuMaker's main functions and how to set it up.

II.Extract it
III.Open MuMaker folder and start MuMaker
IV.Fill up the configuration like in the image
1.Type any name you want: Server name or your name
2.SQL User: sa by default
3.SQL User password
4.Select connection type: If you are the server host just select local if not select remote. The two fiels will activate. Fill in the SQL host address[can be no-ip]. Tell the SQL hoster to open the port [1433] so you can edit.
5.Select if MD5 is on[marked] or off[not marked]
6.Type MuOnline database name [MuOnline usually]
7.Type Ranking database name [Ranking or MuOnline_Ranking or how you named it]
8.Type Event database name [if you have, if not leave blank, doesen't matter] [Event or MuOnline_Event]
9.Does the game server support Multiple Vaults?[warehouse][Mark if yes]
10.Do you want to enable reset editor? [Mark if yes] and type column name [Resets by default]
11.Select language by clicking on the scrool or country flag
12.Select database type [New or Old][View image for details]
13.Type MuMaker database name [MuMaker by default]
14.Press OK
V.Use the editor:
1.Create\delete\modify account and characters
2.Create\delete items from characters' vault, personal shop and account vault
3.Add\remove skills of a character
4.Create\delete\modify guilds, guild master and memeber, logo and scrore
5.Warp characters using the visual sistem
6.SQL Maintenance: Delete empty, banned account
7.Enter configuration again
8.Select if window should be always on top
9.Donate [at free will]
VI.Close it when you are done
