mySQL for life anyway my friend. no matter where you're hosting, it's supported and it does it's job well. can't fault it.

the problem I find with actionscript is although it's widely used, tutorials (or complete online courses) are sparse and far and few between. Not as bad as shockwave but y'know.

On the other hand, i've been meaning to learn JS so i'd be pretty competant in basic AS pretty quickly after that but it'll just delay my goal even further. HTML5 and JS would be great but I don't know, I think there'd be a lot of user-end issues and development would be difficult as it stands now. Especially if it was just me or me and one or two people working on a free project y'know.

Basically I was pilled up and someone on MSN was basically telling me my ideas were golden, I was asking if you wanted to preliminarily maybe say you'd be interested in an MMOC. Don't worry, i'm not on those pills at the moment so not quite so mad so i'm not going to ask for your backing. I have a few ideas though, I want to refine them and stuff and see what you think, but the most immediate question is what would you code them in?

I have been dabbling, not really learnt much beyond simple math and hello world in a few languages but yeah, i've not settled yet. If you were to make an MMO, would you lean towards a desktop or web client? What language would you use?

I know it's a big question and like most MMOCC projects we've all been involved in will probably go nowhere, but in a sad way, it's always been a dream. If you could get it off the ground and get a slightly older userbase than habbo you'd have a cash cow with so many revenue streams and an actual fun business to run.

Oh good, good. I am on pills atm but downers so not so crazy, just ranty and long winded - so long that i've had to split this into two messages (16 chars over the limt). So yeah, sorry for the up and coming overtly long post but it's sunday, I deserve to get fucked up :D

I should say the offline messages on skype I was really fucked up and optimistic, I shouldn't think business on pills haha. I am sorry for that.

I might ask you for some general advice on the matte next time I see you on Skype though.

I wasn't really being specific to that one post, you've bragged a lot in other posts, I just think these children are kinda' derpy' obvious because it's the habbo section, but encouragement is what they need more than anything.

I just think you could tone down the bragging, I get you've done some cool things. I've been here for years as well, I know about the Habbo protocol, I can program, but I'm not acting like that. I remember back in 06-07' I'd always message you and ask you stuff, you'd be all encouraging and Josh would be a total ass cuz' I was derpy, and I had a lot of respect for you..
