From the screenshots, it looks like 9Dragons :D The graphics and UI remind me of 9Ds anyway :P Unfortunately, I'm managing a PW server, so I doubt I'd have the time to run a HO server as well. I'll look into it though [:
It's an amazing game. However, at the moment it is poorly managed by it's current USA staff. Even if you don't fancy the game, you should try to make a p. server out of it just for the sake of the cash. :) http://hero.netgame.com/

Hello, you really should consider developing a Hero Online private server. There are people that are willing to pay handsomely for a server, myself included. It would mean a lot to myself and other folks for sure.
