Sorry for the late response. I was able to fix it through the router settings, a little more complicated than I had hoped :/
There's just one thing that I cant get the Ex loader to launch the client. It instantly closes and my search on forums hasn't helped =( I have ticked multiclient as well as redirected gateway and yet it 'flashes' twice once I hit launch. :(
