That way the chance of renames is greatly reduced. Even further reduced if you only serve the git directory over HTTP with no fancy hosting service. That way only people that know how to use git can get to the code, further minimizing potential renames.
Only release binaries here at RaGEZONE, but keep the source public on your own git hosting service (e.g. Gogs).
