Look here or here for an explanation why the error occurs and how to work around it. Also make sure you utilize the forum search the next time you run into problems - most of the common stuff has been answered at least once.
Help in PangYa 4.9 server. I can't play offline... the error is: "error occurred while receiving the file list from the server". Yeah did already the Hexed ProjectG.exe but it didn't worked for play offline... may you help me?
