To execute your query without error,
Go to your table dbo._TradeBagInventory
In the folder constraint, script your constraints FK__TradeBagInventory__Char and FK__TradeBagInventory__Items as create to. Don t execute the scripts.
Script again those constraints as drop to, execute it.
Execute your query truncate table, it s shoud work without error.
After that, execute the 2 scripts to create back your constraints.
