Applications were NOT open at the time. There was a reason for not allowing people to apply as the server was NOT open. NOT being open meant that people could NOT apply as the server was NOT open. Get it?
if applications are open, just don't close the thread in general... but ok
Please only use the report button for reporting things like abuse, spam and advertisements. Not to inform someone about a closed thread which they already know is closed!
