Ah now I got you. But hey, it's a simple GIF animation. The spider is moving, but my avatar is just an animation with 4 images. The spider is just a small part of the picture, hence the file is very small and comfortable for any size restrictions.

C# has been extended, made easier, can do more things, is more portable through different windows versions. A programming language of the future. However, C++ generates still native code, while C# generates MSIL that is compiled by runtime (JIT) with .NET. Not like Java that is interpreted on runtime. >.> C++ is still leading on game development, because people can still control the GC as well as write native code and is not easy to decompile.
