If this pops up then try to switch your JCE files and upgrade your Java to Java 7. Also try to turn off firewall and make sure IP in ServerConstants is set to 127.0.0.1.

Run server on "127.0.0.1". Go to cmd, execute:

netsh int ip add addr 1 8.31.99.141.
