I will be opening one soon, it is a v26 emulator and client, I have swung more towards RP but I will be opening an RP and normal hotel. I have my own CMS which I coded myself and I am going back into my custom developments. If you are more interested I have a CCT I have recently added, credit goes to HabMoon for his help in reminding me how to fix one of the CCT errors and the images I used were not made by me and I take no credit for that, just the actual CCT making.
