  1. To be honest I dislike using C++ as well when it's not the clear choice due to its properties. Besides that I've become language agnostic over the past year or two. How about focusing on results (interesting projects) and possibly certain tools rather than any specific language, and pick the language you need depending on what you're going to do?
  2. 'ello mate. I've been trying to further my knowledge on C++ and as of now; I'm reading a couple books (just normal, books) and following this tutorial: Learn C++. I was hoping you could suggest any further things I should use to advance my knowledge, or any sub-languages I should learn that can be easily integrated with C++. I've heard ASM is a "must learn" with C++, but I'm not quite sure. You seem like one of the most competent in Coder's Paradise; so I was hoping you could help me.
