i suggest you could either make the following setups

1) a server between 10x - 50x no reset

2) a reset server but slow, say for instance, 50xp - 200x
but personally the best % of exp i would go for is 20x, and 20x drop. sounds reasonable

Well, If you want new players etc, you should go for s4. Its nice to use Shatters 4.5 server files, for them. I tested myself and no bugs, So they will work like a charm.
