I think that would be "killerstefan" or "KillerStefan" as usual. If you don't have any luck with that, you might want to ask Aleks aka Sparks. The guys over at KryptoDev worked on those files for a while and actually had some dev going.

Nexon's FTP wasn't secured properly so I could get in and steal them along with some other files. Now their FTP is secured so theres no way to get them now.
