Because Exy was inactive so it went to Kaoii to do as he was the best qualified. This was when I came back as a mod only (quit being a super a few times). Though I would have to say. Kaoii has done the best job at a full admin position. If only me, iod, and Becky could have had the same powers he had when we was running this place by ourselves a few years ago. Can't believe we were able to run this place without anything more then super powers.
