Lol, I know how to forward port nor to online your server world wide... It depends on your Internet Connection, maybe your Internet Connection is prohibet to forward the port 80 (of Apachi/Web) and port of MySQL....

Port forward? Go to portforward.com also on your Firewall @ Control Panel, Set up the Exceptions, Click Add Program and browse the .exe file > MatchServer, Agent, and Locator.
