Saw a couple the other day that were lowered and had deep dish bbs alloys and stuff, the look really smart! And with 3 door ones you can take out the back seats, change front ones for bucket seats and stuff.. look quite nice tbh.

who was your insurer, that's not bad for 18... I was being quoted like flipping £3k for 18.. and I aint touchin dat stuff because I'll get boned, they've ruined the gear stick though :'( and yeah it's er £900 for me to have the same car when I'm 20... , I got quoted £5k for 17... £3k for 18 and it drops to like £1.1k for 19...
I got a 1.6 16v Golf atm and insurance was 1300 when I did it (18) having a non standard radio/gear stick doesnt matter its stuff the enhances performance that costs more like sport exhaust, induction kit, lowering it etc all of which im gonna do anyway haha but my mate has a 1.2 corsa thats lowered, induction kit and sports exhaust system and that costs him 370 a year but he is 19.. moral of the story is that it drops when you get older thats why im waiting before i buy my next car
How cheap is insurance for a 17y/o or 18y/o jw, I've found a car but its got a non-standard radio and non-standard gear stick which I presume makes it more expensive... and the car is a mini 1.6 but its like £2.6k ish sooo ;o idk how much insurance would be ffs I wonder if I can borrow money from my mum/uncle
Haha don't be jealous of my driving though, already hit it going too fast around a corner:( I'm mainly doing this because next year I plan on getting a 2.8 v6 Golf;)

Haha love having a car, pure freedom! I just had to spend £60 on spacers and nuts for my new alloys though.. By the time I'm done with it I'd have probably spent around £1500 on it :D
