Sorry for late reply, been having headaches trying to catch up with them.
And nope, I can help follow up and forward any mails to you but all I can say is, I'm really pissed off myself and if you need your money back feel free to say so, I won't mind hosting for free for the rest of the time once it gets backed though, this thing just really made me lose my mind.
