That's what I said, just cuz I've only been here for 2 weeks doesn't mean I can't handle the job.. I might be even better than people that's been here for 1 year..
:( no excuse to say your new imo, it's all about the experience on this kind of work. Thought i'd say the applicant has to be mature and got some social skills too, after all Rz's not so small and has somekind of reputation, so immature kids as a mod is kinda screwed up :P
